Holly Springs FWB Events for Week Ending 11DEC11

Now is a great time to get involved in the Community of Holly Springs FWB. Demonstrate the love of God and spread his word. Be a Do’er, not a Poser. Be the hands of Christ!

Pauline Smith will be singing at the Train Depot in Morehead on Dec. 2nd from 6pm to 8pm.

Upward Sports practice begins this week.

Newport Christmas parade is Sunday, 04DEC11. We will have a float in the parade this year. If you can donate a bag of wrapped candy for the children to give out it would be appreciated. You can drop it off at the church office or give it Kelly Cundiff Sunday in church.

Deacon’s Christmas Dinner is Saturday, 03DEC11 at 7:00pm

If you signed up for the Church’s Family Christmas Dinner it is Sunday, 04DEC11 at 6:30 in the Family Life Center. Cost is $4.00 dollar per person or $16.00 for a family of four or more.

The Adult Bible Study Class will be at Cowell’s Cleaners for “Laundry Love” 10DEC11 at 6:00pm until ???. We pay for some laundry and offer to help with the laundry of patrons. Donations would be appreciated and may be dropped of at the Church Office and marked for “Laundry Love”. You may also leave a donation in the offering plate with the envelope marked for “Laundry Love”.

Ryan Davidson will be baptised on 11DEC11 at the beginning of the service.
